Please review these notes when planning and confirming your event.

  1. All items, menus and confirmations are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis with placement of deposit.
  2. Special items such as live stations, tables and chairs require at least 5 working days’ confirmation.
  3. Normal orders require at least 4 working days’ confirmation.
  4. Food is best consumed within 3 hours with warmers, or 1 hour without warmers.
  5. Food portion per person is 1:1.
  6. Order increments must be in multiples of 5 people.
  7. Complete table layout includes skirting and warmers.
  8. A full set of disposable wares and serviettes is provided.
  9. Delivery charge is $50, free for orders of 100 people and above.
  10. Buffet set-up charge is $150, free for orders of 60 people and above.
  11. We reserve the right to change a dish to another of equivalent value with prior notice due to seasonality.
  12. Service staff are charged at $75 per staff member for 5 hours.
  13. An additional $15 delivery surcharge applies to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and specified central postal sectors: Robinson 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square 03, 17; Orchard 22, 23; Bras Basah 18, 19.
  14. Buffet set-up at landed properties will be at ground level.
  15. Additional charges apply for buffet set-up at venues without lift access.
  16. Additional charges apply for buffet set-up on other levels of landed properties. We are not responsible for damage during set-up.
  17. Payment may be made by cash or cheque upon delivery.
  18. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation under any circumstances.
  19. All items, menus and prices are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice at the company’s sole discretion.
